04 · FOUNDING MEMBERS

Ten founding members. Set up by me, one at a time.

I set up every property myself, so I take ten. Open until March 31, 2027. Founding members are the first teams on AX, with a direct line to me.

What founding members get

  • Rate locked 24 months, then 25% off for as long as you stay
  • Refer an operator who subscribes: +6 months on your lock (up to 24)
  • Premium (2027) included: staff answers and a live building view
  • A direct line to me, and a say in what AX builds next
  • First month refunded in full if you cancel within 30 days

What counts as a building?

One where you look after the roof, heating or common areas. Condos inside someone else’s building count as zero. Every 10 homes count as one.

How long does setup take?

About 14 days from our first walk. You walk the property with me once. I load everything.

Will my team actually use it?

They open it and see what’s due in their rooms or units today. We do a short walk-through on the setup call.

How does the 30-day refund work?

Once your rooms or units are set up, one team member is invited and we have done the setup call, you can cancel within 30 days and get your first month back in full. One refund per business.

Can I pause in the off-season?

Yes, up to 4 months a year, with no charge while paused.

What happens after 24 months?

You keep 25% off the list price for as long as you stay.

Does it replace my booking software?

No. Your bookings stay where they are. AX handles the upkeep, from the roof to the remote: checks, cleaning and repairs.

Who is AX for?

Operators with roughly 5 to 100+ rooms or units: hotels, aparthotels, short-term and furnished rentals, chalets, and mixed portfolios with long-term or commercial space.

Why by invitation?

Every setup is done by hand, with your team, until it runs. I take on a few operators at a time so each one gets it right.

What happens once the ten founding places are filled?

New operators join at standard rates. Founding members keep their rate for 24 months, then 25% off for as long as they stay.

Opening a new building?

Start before opening day and everything is on record from the day it is installed. Tick “Opening a new building” on the form.

Is it in French?

The site is in French and English. The app is in English for now. French is coming soon.
